More Energy

There is an interesting thing that happens when we eat. I learned that some foods "stole" my energy, while other foods gave me a storehouse of energy.

I also learned that eating at the right times, I would keep my energy optimized. For example, if I ate late in the evening, I would wake up dragging.

Maybe it's a good rule of thumb to set a time for yourself, to not eat after... and if you really need to eat, make it a fruit or veggie. If you break your rule---no biggie, just get back on track rather than beating yourself up.
